If you're making several color changes in a shift, or you require rapid color changeovers, then you need to upgrade to the VORTECH Plus™ booth design. Using the same recovery technology as the standard VORTECH, the PLUS design incorporates the Luminaire upper structure. This material minimizes powder buildup in the cabin during the spraying process and keeps more powder in process and not on the walls and floor. With the VORTECH PLUS Series, you get fast and efficient color changes for any XTreme Color Change Environment™.

The VORTECH™ Series Powder Coating booth
with Remote Cartridge Collection

  • Offers flexibility in powder coating room layout. Remote cartridge collection unit can be located in a separate room, outside the building or on the roof. Systems with the collector located outside the building or on the roof require no additional vent ducting.
